Higher packages add photography (from $2,395), videography (from $3,995), live musicians including soloist, trio, and steel drum band (from $3,995), limousine or coach, bridal hair and makeup, wedding cake, and full reception with dinner, open bar, and DJ (from $8,995). Custom additions can be applied to any package on request.

Both parties must have been in The Bahamas for at least 24 hours before applying for the licence at the Registrar General’s Office. The licence is issued the same day you apply and there is no additional waiting period before the ceremony. Requirements are the same for all nationalities: valid passport, proof of 24 hours in The Bahamas, affidavit of single status (Glenn arranges through a Bahamian Notary Public, $95), and the marriage licence ($100). If previously married: divorce decree or death certificate with raised court seal required. Glenn pre-verifies all documents before you travel.

Couples wanting a Saturday ceremony must: arrive by Thursday before 4:00 PM; apply for the licence on Thursday or Friday; marry Saturday. Glenn schedules the Registrar appointment, affidavit signing, and transport so nothing is left to chance. The couple typically wears lighter versions of formal attire — flowing beach dresses and linen suits rather than heavy gowns and dark morning suits. Glenn’s weather contingency approach: schedule summer ceremonies before 4 PM to avoid typical afternoon rain windows; morning ceremonies at Nuptial Beach (8–10 AM) are least affected; if rain is forecast, Glenn reschedules to a different time on the same day; covered beach setups can be arranged for larger events; indoor venue alternatives at Nassau restaurants and private spaces are available for emergencies.
