Terms & Conditions

1. * Government, Bank & Other Charges: identifies amounts that cover government-related charges, online transfer costs, and banking fees associated with your arrangements.
2. The non-refundable booking fee is applied to your services and is only refunded if we cannot provide services due to unforeseen circumstances; client cancellations remain non-refundable.
3. The estimate may change as plans evolve and does not include the use of any Bahamas resort or cruise ship facilities.
4. Officiant fees: include early arrival and ceremony time from arrival at the venue (typically 30 minutes before). If the service runs over an hour, an additional US$150 is charged, plus US$100 for each extra hour.
5. Transportation fees: include early arrival and ceremony duration from vehicle arrival at pickup (typically 15 minutes before). If transport exceeds an hour, US$150 per vehicle is added, with a further US$150 per vehicle for each extra hour.
6. Photographer fees: include early arrival and event coverage from arrival at the venue (typically 30 minutes before). If photography exceeds an hour, US$550 is charged, with a further US$550 for each extra hour of coverage.
7. A minimum Rescheduling Fee of US$150 is charged for any date change you initiate after booking.
8. Payment Terms: The remaining balance is due thirty (30) days before the wedding service and is non-refundable.
9. Florals: We will make every reasonable effort to provide your requested flowers. If supply issues arise beyond our control, we may substitute blooms of equal or greater value, with your chosen colour remaining predominant.
