These fees are paid directly to the Bahamas government at the Registrar General's Office. They are separate from any package price and are disclosed upfront. Glenn tells you exactly what cash or card to bring before your appointment.
Marriage Licence
$100 USD for the licence itself plus $20 USD for one certified copy of your marriage certificate. Paid directly to the Registrar General's Department. Priority processing available for cruise ship passengers or couples with tight schedules. Licence approved the same day.
Affidavit of Singlehood
Sworn before a Bahamian Notary Public. $95 USD total for both partners combined. Glenn arranges this as part of every package during your licence appointment. Takes approximately 5 minutes. The US Embassy in Nassau no longer provides this service.
Apostille (if needed)
Required for official use in UK, European, and other Hague Convention countries. Processed through the Bahamas Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Glenn handles this as a service included in the Romance package and above, or as an add-on. Not generally required for US domestic use.

Just the Two of You
The most intimate option. Glenn provides two legal witnesses so you do not need to source your own. Tropical bouquet, boutonniere, roundtrip transport, escort to Registrar General's Office, and your certified marriage certificate. Everything a legal wedding requires, nothing you do not need.
Up to 6 Guests
The most popular package for couples wanting professional photography. Adds 1-hour professional photography with all edited digital photos, limousine transportation for up to 6 guests, and enhanced florals. The Apostille is available as an add-on for UK/EU couples ($120 USD). Average UK couple chooses this package.
Up to 25 Guests
The Elegance package ($2,495) covers up to 25 guests with coach transport and beach ceremony setup. The Paradise Nassau package ($3,995) adds videography, live music, and more elaborate florals. Both include 1-hour professional photography and all edited photos.
Up to 50 Guests
The full luxury experience. 2-hour professional photography, 2-hour videography, DJ, open bar, full dinner reception, wedding cake, elaborate floral arch, coach transport for all guests, live music. Everything included. The only extras are your accommodation and flights.
Does the Island Affect the Wedding Cost?
Glenn's package prices are the same once you choose Nuptial Beach for weddings in Nassau and New Providence. Resort Venues will have an additional charge for use of their facility. Out Island weddings (Harbour Island, Exuma, Eleuthera) may include travel coordination fees depending on location and access.
Nassau and Cable Beach
Standard package pricing applies. Nuptial Beach on Cable Beach is Glenn's primary venue. Cable Beach and Nassau offer the most package options and the fastest licence processing.
Paradise Island
Standard package pricing applies. Ceremonies at Atlantis, Four Seasons Ocean Club, and private beaches. Venue-specific access fees may apply from the resort.
Baha Mar Resorts
Standard package pricing applies for Glenn's services. Baha Mar includes the Grand Hyatt, Rosewood, and SLS. Resort venue hire fees are separate and quoted by the resort.
Harbour Island
Glenn performs ceremonies on the world-famous Pink Sand Beach. Harbour Island ceremonies include coordination of the ferry from Nassau. Travel costs are included in the package at this location. No $200 deposit required.
Exuma and the Out Islands
Exuma and Eleuthera ceremonies are available. Flight or ferry coordination is included. Glenn advises on the specific costs when you enquire. They vary by access method and timing.
Private Islands
Ceremonies on private cay locations in the Exuma chain are available for the right package tier. Private island weddings are quoted individually based on access, guest count, and coordination requirements.
Hidden Costs in Bahamas Weddings: How Glenn's Packages Avoid Them
Not all Bahamas wedding packages are equally transparent. Here is what to check before signing anything, and what makes Glenn's pricing different.
Common Hidden Costs in Resort-Contracted Packages
Officiant fee billed separately. Many resort packages quote a ceremony price that excludes the officiant. Glenn is your officiant. His fee is included in every package price.
Marriage licence not included. Some packages advertise a price that requires you to arrange and pay the marriage licence separately. Glenn's packages cover the full licence coordination, escort to the Registrar General's Office, and Affidavit of Singlehood arrangement. The licence fee itself ($120 USD) is a government charge paid separately, but you are told about this before you book, not when you arrive.
Photography billed per image. Some photographers charge per edited photo or for digital files as a separate fee. Glenn's packages include all edited digital photos at no additional cost.
Mandatory minimum spend at resort restaurants. Some resort packages require a food and beverage minimum at their venues. Glenn does not work on commission from resorts and recommends locations based on your vision, not on what generates a referral fee.
Gratuities not included. Some packages quote pre-gratuity prices. Glenn's prices are all-inclusive with no expected or mandatory gratuity.
