Their research reveals that destination weddings are becoming more popular and financially achievable for couples looking for a memorable occasion. There were 2.24 million weddings in 2023 and the average cost of a US wedding ranges from $28,000 to $35,000.

Jamaica, Mexico, and the Bahamas are the most popular locations for weddings. Hawaii and the rest of the Caribbean are incredibly popular. Approximately 25% are Destination Weddings. An all-inclusive Caribbean honeymoon can cost $5,000 to $10,000, but if choosing a luxurious one, the numbers are higher. Location is a factor with an all-inclusive resort because it can significantly affect the price.
